Annual Stock Take
Please note that our annual stock take is now taking place, with our warehouse closed between 27th–31st March inclusive.
You can still place your order as usual during this period, however we can't start dispatching again until the 1st April.
Please note that it'll be an extremely busy period catching up on the backlog of orders, so we appreciate your patience during this time.
Our team will be working hard to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to minimise delays, however please be aware that these are unavoidable during periods of closure.
Certain shipping options are not available over this time.
Shipping / Delivery Information
We offer different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from Free delivery to next day. We also offer international shipping to Ireland.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.
- Number of items you order
- Total weight of your order
- Physical dimensions when packed
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

BFPO
More than 100,000 British service personnel and their families are stationed overseas at any one time. It is very difficult for these people to order goods and access services without a UK address. BFPO Postcode Data enables you to reach all of them and overcome many of the challenges faced by British service personnel and their families when buying online or applying for financial services.
BFPO requires Number, Rank, Name, Sub Unit and Unit details must be entered above the BFPO number. This is analogous to the addressee and property information with a normal address. In the checkout please enter the number as the first name followed by the rank and full name as the last name. The Sub Unit and Unit should be entered as the address, Enter BFPO and the city and finally the BFPO postcode, if you are unsure you can find it by looking up your BFPO number here. The address should look like the below example:

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Free Delivery

Standard Delivery (Evri) & Royal Mail
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Free delivery is available from £15 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express Tracked Delivery (DPD)
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Tracked International Delivery
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
